• What is the size and occupancy of the Junior Suite at The Residence? The Junior Suite is 85 sqm (915 sqft) and sleeps 2 people, featuring 1 King Bed.  It includes one bedroom and a separate living room. 

• What amenities are included in the Junior Suite? The Junior Suite features a dramatic wooden king-sized bed, a living area with majlis-style seating and a separate dining table, and an elegant wood, marble, and slate bathroom with a large bathtub and vanity. It offers sea-facing views overlooking the gardens. 

• What is the size and bedding configuration of the Prestige Room at The Residence? The Prestige Room is 58 sqm (624 sqft) and sleeps 2 people. It offers a choice of 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, or 2 Twin Beds. 

• What are the key features of the Prestige Room? The Prestige Room features Arabian styling with wooden furniture, carved archways, traditional mosaics, and authentic artwork. The bathroom includes an Arabesque wooden mural over a large bathtub, overhead and handheld showers, a marble bench, and individual vanity. It offers sea-facing views overlooking the gardens. 

• What is the size and occupancy of the Executive Suite at The Residence? The Executive Suite is 118 sqm (1279 sqft) and sleeps 2 people, featuring 1 King Bed.  It includes one bedroom and a separate living room. 

• What can I expect in the Executive Suite at The Residence? The Executive Suite offers a welcoming living area, a large terrace with table, chairs, and a lounge, and a marble bathroom with a stunning feature bathtub. The decor is inspired by Dubai's desert, with light sand walls, wooden furniture, and tones of rich purple, along with Arabian-inspired details. It offers sea-facing views overlooking the gardens. 

• What are the features of the Beach Villa? The Beach Villa is a two-bedroom residence with direct access to the beach. It is 300 sqm (3229 sqft)  and can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes two grand master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a chic majlis-style lounge, a private pool, and a private garden. 

• What are the features of the Beach Garden Villa? The Beach Garden Villa is a two-bedroom villa with a private pool and garden. It is 300 sqm (3229 sqft)  and can accommodate up to 6 people. It features two grand master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, an Arabesque majlis-style lounge, a private Hammam room within the master bedroom, and a separate fitness room. 

Inclusions & Experiences

• What inclusions are provided with suite bookings? Suite inclusions typically feature daily breakfast, complimentary access to DRIFT (subject to availability and booking, adults-only, arrival mandatory prior to 11:45 AM), and one 60-minute spa treatment per stay per person (for a minimum stay of 3 nights). Daily non-alcoholic refreshment center refills are also included. 

• What inclusions are provided with villa bookings? Villa inclusions offer in-villa breakfast, complimentary access to DRIFT (subject to availability and booking, adults-only, arrival mandatory prior to 11:45 AM), one daily 60-minute spa treatment per person, one 60-minute in-villa personal training session per stay, dedicated host service, a private gazebo by the beach, a welcome bottle of champagne, daily non-alcoholic refreshment center refills, and return airport transfers in Dubai. 

• Are there any special experiences offered for longer villa stays? Yes, special experiences vary based on the length of stay and are cumulative:

  • 3-Night Stay: One complimentary in-villa garden barbecue with a private chef per stay (inclusive of food, excluding beverages). 
  • 5-Night Stay: One complimentary sunset yacht cruise per stay (inclusive of a bottle of champagne and a tailored picnic basket). 
  • 10-Night Stay: One complimentary sunrise hot-air balloon ride per stay (inclusive of breakfast in the desert).
