CANCELLATION AND GUARANTEE POLICY

2025 11 Apr to 02 Oct 2025	ROOMS & SUITES • Full and final payment required three (3) days prior to arrival, which is non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation.
2025 26 Mar to 28 Mar 2025 03 Oct to 03 Dec 2025 2026 08 Jan to 10 May 2026	ROOMS & SUITES • Full and final payment required twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival, which is non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation.
2025 04 Dec to 22 Dec 2025	ROOMS & SUITES • Full and final payment required seven (7) days prior to arrival, which is non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation.
2025 23 Dec 2025 to 07 Jan 2026	ROOMS & SUITES • 20% deposit of the total room charge is required at time of booking. • Full and final payment required forty-five (45) days prior to arrival, which is non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation.

2025 26 Mar to 10 May 2025 27 Sep to 03 Dec 2025 2026 08 Jan to 10 May 2026	VILLAS • 10% deposit of the total room charge is required at time of booking. • Full and final payment required thirty (30) days prior to arrival, which is non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation.
2025 11 May to 26 Sep 2025 04 Dec to 22 Dec 2025	VILLAS • One-night deposit is required at time of booking. • Full and final payment required thirty (30) days prior to arrival, which is non-refundable in case of no show or cancellation.
