This is to bring to your kind attention that for the following reservation we have not received any payment up to date.

 

We would be much appreciate if you could advise us with the above and send us the copy of Payment/Remittance Slip prior the arrival of the guest as since we are already in cancellation policy dates and to avoid any last minute inconvenience upon guest arrival.

 

Your urgent response in regard to such will be highly appreciated since all our reservations to be pre-paid prior to guest arrival.
